Generating a prototype is the key step in design implementation process. We have various choices of rapid prototyping materials and processes that should cover your design needs. Some of these materials we offer closely resembles production grade material, which is a big advantage for testing purposes. 

 

This casting process is used in manufacturing low volume urethane copies of the initial prototype. This method has a very quick turn-around time and is highly effective in producing pilot product.

 

For metal parts, we utilize Quickcast pattern and investment casting.
