Generating a prototype is the key step in design implementation process. We utilize the state of the art Rapid Prototyping technologies, such as SLA, FDM, LOM, SRP, and PJET to produce highly accurate prototypes. We have various choices of rapid prototyping materials and processes that should cover your design needs.  

 

This casting process is used in manufacturing low volume urethane copies of the initial prototype. This method has a very quick turn-around time and is highly effective in producing pilot product.

 

For metal parts, we utilize Quickcast pattern and investment casting.
